MPGH Vouching?

I'm kind of confused with who can actually get vouch copies. People are saying you need 1,500 posts no matter what to get a vouch copy, others are saying you just need to be donor. If you aren't a donor then you need 1,500 posts. Others say you need 500 posts and donor. So what is it? There so much mixed information about this.

What are the requirements?
I was reading this (sticked): https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=933492 and it got me even more confused.

If possible, I'd like a staff member to confirm.

[READ ONLY] is really only if the person who takes the vouch copy doesn't have enough time to actually provide proof or they just can't because of other reasons but have still read the eBook.

A read-only vouch copy doesn't quite prove anything but just gives the buyers a little understanding of how good it is.

Yes so anyone who wants to take a vouch copy must follow the rules.

However, people who have purchased whatever you are selling may make a vouch which would act like a vouch copy
