Vac Kick every 15-20 minutes

anyone has any idea how to avoid these? I mean everytime I got this , I have to restart my computer all over again that will take roughly 5-6 minutes to load up and by the time i got into the game, i was already on COOLDOWN

This issue happens if you use cheats on a USB and then unplug it!

Okay, well smart ass, how about you try doing "Repair the Steam Service" several times. Restart between every time you do it.
