So I downloaded State Of Decay: Year One and it tells me i am missing directx 11. So where can i get it?

You can't "get" it, it's built into the OS starting from Windows 7 onwards so if you're running XP, upgrade. If you're on Vista, make sure you have SP2 installed and KB971644 installed (Windows Update). If your graphics card doesn't even support DirectX 11 then you need to upgrade your card.
