Help me resolve Paypal limitation.

So basicly they limited my acount once, asked for drivers lisence, proof of adress and credit card verification. I did all of that and they unlimited account, but now they ask me to fix limitation for my other account I'v left with limitation. It asks for me to give them information about money I rieceived. That money was from Ebooks and accounts, so it was sent as friends and family.

How should I answer them. I really need help and I cant just randomly create account, im out of credit cards

You should call the pay pal asking for guidance how to fixed your problem

Call them up, most likely when you get them on the phone, you can get the limitation lifted much quicker.

Why do you have two account? Also just transfer money from your paypal to your bank to solve the problem. If you don't have a bank then use your parents.

One acc got limited, with bug that i dont see resolve button, so i created another one because i needed paypal.
