If you want to level up and unlock stuff like LSC unlocks, you must downgrade to 1.24. It is very simple and you can get the "GTAV.exe" and "Update.rpf" by googling how to downgrade gta5 to 1.24. After downgrading you have to get an outdated mod menu. This is also safer for getting money as it does not give the Transaction Error in the new version. There have been people saying that it sends things to R* when you get that error.

wich version? the latest version of ******Menu actually tells you in-game, when you go to that section of the menu, to downgrade to 1.24 if you are going to use the recovery options.

After downgrading you have to get an outdated mod menu.

I agree with you in everything except for this. You can use the latest version of every mod and the latest scripthook (1.28) on 1.24, of course the DLC features (osiris, golden aircraft, etc) will not work but the menus work fine and they are more stable that the outdated versions.

Yeah UPDATE:

They worked at the time of the in-game session which is when I posted, Pretty much tried the menu specifically to reply here and see if it's of any help. I was level 126 or so and set rank to 150 as well as re-unlocking all the LSC and other shit. Then the game crashed and next time I loaded up non of my menus worked and my rank is back to 125. Since then I've redownloaded GTA and reinstalled and shit's still not working so in a bit of a shitdip right now.

So I guess the safest thing to do right now is to downgrade, I believe this tutorial here is the one everyone refers to.
