Dispute on Ban Appeal URGENT

I got banned for being a MM in a trade.
I am here to dispute that I find this unfair as there was no right for Darklord to come through the skype chat and ban me.
My username is tacticalguy (that got banned).

Recently we've seen members acting as unofficial middlemen, which has lead to scam reports in multiple cases.
Therefore, offering your middleman services as a Regular member, Donator, Editor or Minion is prohibited from now on.
We urge you to use solely MPGH's official middlemen.

As you can see, it says if I offer mm service Ill be banned. I never did offer my service publicity or told anyone, a friend of mine just told me if I could mm for him. I also didn't knew it was part of MPGH. Another reason why MPGH shouldn't be sticking there noses through my trades. Just because I have an account on MPGH, doesn't mean they can be snooping around. If two people were involved in a trade and also had mpgh accounts, and if they didn't met in MPGH. And one of em tells me to mm, mpgh still has no right to ban me for pretending to be a omm. As this is non of their business.
Also I never did said I was a Official Middle Men, both people knew I wasn't. But still trustworthy.

Like I said, a pal of mine told me to mm for him and i said yea because his my friend. And everything went smoothly.
He never contacted me by mpgh, this doesn't even have nothing to do with mpgh. Darklord just snitched around and saw that I was a mm in a trade that he wasn't suppose to be in.

. Guy middlemanned for 2 people. No it wasn't registered on MPGH. My laptop restarted and when I joined, I saw that he mm'ed for them. That's the story

If it was not organized on the site or if he did not offer to be a middleman on the site, then it is not ban worthy. It is not our problem what private parties do outside of the site. Had someone tried to claim he was now a 'trusted' middleman, and to use him as such, then of course we would step in and the ban would be valid.
