As far as I know they were(as of 3.4.4)/are for features like all guns etc, but I have not used 3.4.5 so cant say as of that ver.

Possible not working features(No idea =))

it still works for me , launch BF4 windowed , join a server , if ur in a server , run the hack . and its all good.

Not banned, you would get a red message bar, it would read "Banned by Punkbuster".
Check PBBans and GCC Stream for your BF4 username. Might just be a network error.

Well i keep getting kicked from every server by Punkbuster after i join but it takes like 2 mins or so
