I need help, please ;(

Hello everyone, i used to play combat arms pretty much, the russia version, since im blocked from EU ( i live in Estonia ). So i discovered i had made an eu acc long time ago so i though why not try eu. I downloaded and started launching the game, so the nexon game security game in the left bottom corner and the game started launching like normally. The screen went black nothing happened and after a few seconds i crashed to my desktop with no error messages. If anyone can help then please help me
