    is there anyway I can get unblocked so I can continue play this game?
    and is the ban permanently or temporarily?

    A windows reinstall, I've heard has helped. And I don't know if they hardware banned you or IP banned you. If it's an IP ban just change your static IP. other than that I'm not sure

    Try using a VPN to bypass it. If it says location ban, then it should be an IP ban, so I would try using a VPN. Even a free VPN will do, like hotspot shield.
