If you'r eating normally... your gut is probably messed up or you're dehydrated. The flora is all outta wack, and you probably have a parasite. Drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day. If you aren't eating enough, I'd consider eating more and doing more physical activities.

Best weight gain protein on the market. No contest.
I did alot of shrugs along with delt raises from the front and side. Shrugs you can do by taking two dumbbells (one in each hand) and lifting your shoulders only. Basically you're just shrugging with dumbbells. You want to try to "shrug" as much as you can before going back down. Also do not rush it. Rushing them does alot less than taking time going back down on ANY exercise. Take a dumbbell for the delt raises, and from the side of your body, lift them out and up away from you. Also bending down at a 90 degree angle (while standing up) you can take two dumbbells and lift them up to be parallel with your shoulders.
Also another good exercise is take a bar/two dumbbells and continually lift it with both hands to about mid-chest until you can't go any further. Once more, do NOT rush this. Coming back down to your waist should be a slow and steady process, you want to go very slow on this. The slower you go the more you're straining your muscles. You'll get a better tone and a better workout in general if you go slower.
A crucial part of weight-lifting is taking it until you can't hold it any longer and have to let go. In that event just take a seat and put the bar down, take a rest. You'll know when you hit that point because no matter how hard you try it doesn't budge and you start to lose it. That's what really builds muscle. You aren't going to make progress if you just set em down as soon as you start getting tired (That's actually the reason a lot of people make nearly no progress in lifting). You have to be at the point where your body can't physically do another one no matter how hard you try. Wait a good 5 minutes and do another set. Should be 2-3 sets of each exercise of as far as you can take it.
After that it's essential that you drink a protein shake (preferably homemade) out of whey protein powder and milk. You can add a touch of vanilla/chocolate ice cream if you don't like the taste.

I started drinking more water because they said that I don't have enough water on my body, (I don't get wet)
On my head, I have a white something (Like a dandruff but it's not.) And they said I don't have enough water on my body.
Whenever I go, my lips or mouth are always dry..
Let me see the results..
... what do you mean you don't get wet?
So... you don't sweat? Are you a dog?
you need to build some muscle
