Nope. You could open the shop just fine, but you can't buy the components unless you have the class.

it does, you need to complete the two quests before it though, which are "flee the flames" and "taste of their own medicine" respectively. only problem im getting is the time it takes to finish the whole quest is like 35-ish seconds, dont know why. slow connection?
