One question, do yo need CA EU or CA NA? I know that both CA are one now, but european players can't log in on CA NA accounts... and I've one with epics perm

You just need to login from north america and you'll be able to play on all servers except Europe.

Same goes for Europeans except they can't play on NA servers.

It's not the same, there's an IP block for Europeans if they try to use the launcher.

No, you're able to play on EU accounts if you're from NA. Like if I was from California, I could play on a European account, but only access the NA and global servers. However if I was from like Germany, I'm unable to access Combat Arms on a NA account because of the IP block on the launcher.
