PayPal Question

So I have a main PayPal, but I want to create another one. I was just wondering, if I send money from my main PayPal to my new Paypal, would the money would be usable straight away? I remember when I owned a Minecraft Server and when someone bought something off the donation store, I had to wait 30 days until I could use it because it was pending. Or if 5 people sent money to me, my PayPal would be "unlocked", so I could use the money straight away. Could someone please explain this to me exactly? Was it because it wasn't sent as friends and family or something?

awhile back i was reviving money on a few freshly created accounts and transferred them to my main paypal and i was able to use the funds. but i'm not sure how paypal works currently though. maybe it's just your country?

For it to be verified I need to link it to my bank account / pre paid visa which I'm not buying

When I transfered money from my account to other like month ago, I were able to use them right away but it was like 3€ so that maybe had something to do with that.

UPDATE: I did send money to second account and now I have pending status and it will take 7-14 days to me get the money out of my paypal.

I believe you have to wait a certain period of time when linking a bank or using an e-check.

My other account worked even thought it had 0 money transfers before

You always get it straight away unless Paypal marks the payment as suspicious activities.
