Scan before you run idiot.... Antiviruses and things are meant for prevention, once you're infected they become good for nothing, malware most often comes in packages. In the form of a Trojan, downloading and running other malware to be run on your computer. A significant amount of malware is undocummented and can become completley new and undetected to a scanner just with a slight bit of editing.
