here are some tips:
Make the UI tidy, here's the best example I can give:

if you're going to use dark colored backgrounds, use bright neon'ish fonts.
like a light blue, green, red. (not dark green blue or red)

Edit: Bit harsh tbh .. Its quite a bad U.I .. instead of just copy and pasting, play around with the code .. and don't just throw loads of stuff on and compile it .. Give it a nice design, a title and position the labels etc better .. Just make it a bit neater ..
