This needs to be runned as an administrator, but it will not work if you are not connected to your router nor will it work if your IP is Static.
Your DNS Cache will be resetted, but your ISP might feel suspicious of you using this.
This tool should used under caution as if your equipment was/is damaged, it's your own fault!
