try checking in the installation folder you point blank ... if there are files msvcr100.dll..please delete

please download file msvcr100.dll searching from googlo ...and copy file msvcr100.dll to folder system32

can i ask question?? im using windows xp but when i use tero chams in luxville it is pure red i cant see anything but red fullscreen.. how can i fix that problem?? then sometimes it is bugtrap ... click the screenshot..
