You should try making a no cheat bypass
and better griefing tools

For the sprint.You will get exhausted.Exhaustion is a packet that gets sent to the server and you can't cut that packet off Fyi.
So you still take exhaustion you will just run faster

They do work just when they have nocheat they detect the packet being sent and that you actually are not sneaking.You have to make a sneak that pushes the shift key for you
