How to post a Mod

In order to keep this section clean, organized, and spam free, I will provide a few rules to follow in this section. First and foremost: Titles

Threads will need to be in this format from now on:

[Version]Mod Name (misc info)

Version: The version that the mod works on. This is going to be essential to keeping this section clean, as people looking for mods of certain versions will have a much easier time. Current Minecraft version is located in the upper left corner of the game window. DO INCLUDE THE _0# PART. Certain mods may work on v1.4, but not on v1.4_01. It is important to add that in.

Mod Name: Self explanatory. Give your mod a name that gives people a small idea as to what the mod does before opening the thread. You can be creative with the name, and when posting mods made by others, make sure you use the original name.

Misc Info: Other information should go here. Examples are things like Work In Progress (WIP), Beta or pre-release, meaning that it is still in development, but good enough to release a part of it.

So a properly formatted title would look like this:

[1.4_01]Flying Sheep (WIP)

Following this format will help the section stay organized, and cut back on spam. Thank you.

Other rules:
Do NOT post discussion threads here. This section is for mod releases ONLY. Mod discussion threads belong in the Minecraft General section.

Do NOT post help threads about mods here either. If you are having a problem with one particular mod, post it in that mod's thread. If you are having general mod issues, such as not being able to install, post in the Minecraft Help section.

If you have made more than one mod and would like to upload them all, put them in a pack. Use a title like [yournamehere]'s Mod Pack. This would not go for large game changing mods like adding guns and more mobs. Mods that have a major effect on gameplay should have their own thread.
