Connect to Vindictus outside NA / US states (My way)

Well , i'd tried Nexon Vindictus NA , but it should work for Vindictus EU / any other type of games

1, ProxyCap . google search it , install and reboot .

2, Google again , "SOCKS5 Proxy List US" ... [I find that SOCKS4/5 is 2x better than SOCKS5, Maybe that's for me , different for you]

3, Auto launch ProxyCap when Windows starts up . Double click on Status Bar icon ProxyCAP and click on PROXIES under RULESET

4, Click the dotted box (Beside the X box)

5, Create new Proxy -

Display Name : Any names you like (For me i put Vindictus)
Type : SOCKS5
Hostname : SOCKS5 Proxy IP
Port : SOCKS5 Proxy PORT

Just click OK

6, Same again , Under RULESET >> RULES
6a, Same thing , click the dotted box

7, Follow these ..

Rule Action : Redirect through Proxy (Vindictus) (For you might be different name cause of your Proxy name in step 5 that you've created.)
Program : Specify (C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\Vindictus.exe
Transport : TCP + UDP
Rule Name : Vindictus Rules (Just choose any name you like to name the Rule)

8, On the right side of the Rules , just ignore it . nothing much to do with it . and click OK and OK again to close the main ProxyCap box
8a, That's it ! you're done .. but not yet finished ...

9, Right click the ProxyCap icon in Status Bar , Choose to disable ProxyCap
(You will know why i asked you to disable it ^^)

10, Launch any cheat injectors / just start normally by going vindictus website . Login and Click whatever server you playing .

11, Now the game begin to launch ..
(You will still unsure why i asked to disabled it ? XD)

12, Once game loaded on Main Page , where the boat is .. Before click Start Game , Right click on ProxyCap once again and Enable ProxyCap .

The reason why i disable and enable by this method is because .. HackShield loading and game loading doesn't requires proxy , so therefore anyone that outside NA / US can be connected into the game, BUT!!! Not the account itself .

13, If you get " Unable to connect server bla bla bla Please try again later" , Try to click Start Game again . If still the same result , fear not .
DO NOT CLOSE YOUR GAME YET, Go back to the Proxy Site and refresh page for new fresh proxy and Edit the previous Proxies in ProxyCap and edit it.

14, Once done insert fresh Proxy SOCKS5 , just OK for everything in ProxyCap , and go back Vindictus again and retry again .

15, If you're successfully login your account , either create new character (If you're new) or Choose old character.
15a, Once you reach Colhen / Rocheste / Docks / Inn .
15b, Alt + Tab , Back to status bar and DISABLE PROXYCAP

The reason why you disable ProxyCap after enter the town / any safe spot . Is because you will be using your own internet Connection instead of Proxy Connection .

Proxy Connection : 20% alive rate (80% due to heavy traffic)
Own Internet Connection : 90% alive rate (10% chance is due to previous weak proxy)

Long tutorial , but if you get a hang of it , it's short and simple . Just a step by step Noob Friendly guide .

Just pointing it out that when the proxy dies, your connection with nexon servers does as well.

Yup . Normally i goes by SOCKS 4/5 , cause they last longer than SOCKS 5 proxy .

and how long does 1 ip usually last? i just uninstalled proxycap since it didnt work for me at all lol maybe i was to lazy to find ips

im using aol atm works fine, 5-10 hours

Yes . I just play God of Formors yesterday with tons of nice players . But when using Ballista .. You get some lagging . Others are quite fine .
Just to play smooth . get premium . they provide better smoother for you .

NMService error meaning that proxy is weak . Never ever use any other country than US proxy .
Try not to use 27977 port proxy . The proxy strength for that port is quite weak .

I'm always using YourFreedom + ProxyCap. If you are playing only 2 hours per day, no problems at all. Because of YF has limited time for free account as 6 hours per day or 15 hours per week. if you need more you might need to pay.

anyway theres a proxycap called 3.15 with its crack and it works for me.been using it for months now

This doesn't work for me. I've tried many different proxy IP's and I always get unable to authenticate to SSO server when I try to log in.
