What can it do?
Well this kind of tool is usually used to disconnect people from XBOX Live, this can not take website dow or disconnect someone from net.

When you kill them from "Xbox Live", do they see whatever you enter in the messages box? And why would this be useful?

I do not recommend downloading this and using it, tested and it does not do what its ment to do, infact its YOUR internet connection that will get messed up, not your target. Be advised.

This tool will kill your internet connection if its weak as well

Then if this is the case, make sure you have a strong cable internet connection, I tested this using a dsl internet connection and murdered it for 3 hours. Would like any suggestions as to where to find one that wont kill your connection if your using anything lower than cable. This seems like a promising program but not for the "weak" connections.
