I remember it like it was yesterday, I was 10 years old switching through channels and I found this channel which had cartoons drawn rather differently from those I had seen, It was Animax. The first anime I ever saw was wolfs rain, was hooked on it, And I remember I didn't understand jack shit back then but I was still in love with it, most of my intial anime came from animax. Initial D, Slam Dunk, Ghost in the school i think, Hell girl. Ahh good times man, Had so much free time back then.

That was my first anime(still have the sexy-as-fuck dvd case/dvds).

Fanart is Jojo's by far. There is literally every single pose and type of character you could ever want.

I myself have used the Orca-whale-Jotaro as an avi for a long time.

I would like screen caps and fanart i suppose, Looking for something like my current avi but instead I wanna c ichimaru's grin, I lost my avy dump unfortunately, had so much of golden shit in there .

I'm still watching bakemonogatari and I'm loving it so far, I think its going to be a good experience.

Jojo's has the biggest fan-art collection of any anime ever by far.

Monogatari has a ton of backgrounds throughout the show, but stuff like 5cm per second also is scenery porn.

Stuff made by UFOTABLE or madhouse has a lot of good character shots.


So......did you watch bakemonogatari? And yes, i fully agree with you on the fact that anime is often much better than TV/Movies in presentation of plot or events. They just get the camera, the characters, and everything so well done sometimes.

Man its amazing to realize that anime are sometimes better than movies, so much of devotion to plots and twists, I wonder though if an american made anime would be as good, voice acting in jap is just a nectar on its own because of their tone it sorta has an appeal I guess. Do you know any place where I can get some good avy anime related?

Parasyte was pretty good. Kind of surprised how good it was actually, given the original manga being so old.

Just finished Parasyte the maxim, feels kinda good. I loved the ost and i think the anime was good too, im probably late. Thinking of watching monogatari next
