Yeah, you should have windows.iso file or a CD with key. Make it Windows XP S3 if you can ( windows xp use less resource of ur computer. About the key, If you got ur windows XP S3 without key, I can give you one. Set 1gb ram for each windows XP.
about WMWare workstation, how did you set it up ? got a youtube guide etc. ? think i got it but do you actually need to download the windows .iso ?
