Hey You need to let a zombie hurt you, before you will be able to turn on Infinite HP. The code that needs to be changed isn't loaded before it is needed, so if you try to turn the hacks on to early, nothing will happen. I'm sorry, but I don't have any ideas on why you can't turn off Kill All. Have you tried restarting the trainer and the game and using trying Kill All again? And what about the other features? Do they work for you?
I have problems running the Dead Pixels Trainer. Killing all zombies works but i can't switch it off. Infinite HP doesn't work at all. I play dead pixels 1.3.7 via Steam.
