I'm not really sure. I kept on searching through Google and I found these though. DXF to PDF Converter You could try to torrent this one or just use the free version Convert DXF to PDF And I do know a program called AutoCAD(Home Design SW) converts these such file formats. Maybe Google that and torrent it.
which one Converts Dtx to Bmp ??? ... idk which one to download ..
