    umm...so, when you try to do a system restore, it tells you you cannot?
    i am not telling you to put the disk in and then restore from the start menu.

    you should put the disk in, restart your PC, and change your boot priority's to boot CD Drive first.
    your dad should know how to do this.
    then you completely reinstall your OS, and it wipes your harddrive of any viruses and your computer is brand new (but you have to reinstall all of your programs and stuff)

    if he finds the disk, you will.

    if he cant find the disk, you can try downloading windows7 (illegal version...) from a different computer, put it on a flash drive/SD card, copy that to your computer, mount it with daemon tools, and then clean install it.
    that will be like restoring your PC, but only with windows 7 instead.

    I'm not sure if anybody already suggested this but, all computers come shipped with an install/restore disk.
    in it is your original operating system (only works on your computer).
    you just pop that in, clean install, and you are good to go...
    it should wipe your harddrive clean, and install the OS from scratch.
