    And by right-clicking on the DLL, I literally mean find the file and right-click on it.

    Right-click on the DLL file you are trying to inject, click Properties and click Unblock then OK. If the option is not there, it must mean it's already unblocked. If it doesn't work still, try Manual Map injection.
