Does the client version 23.1.0 support the character skin system and pet fighting system?

for the skins ,I extracted the xml data files from the client ,but I didn't find the skin classes data.

Hello,

I asked you a while ago about the rotmg server and you gave me some advice and I followed it.
I managed to upgrade the server from scratch and make it work,but at the moment I am stuck the Pet system (fighting,feeding,fusion,..).
The old server had the pet just for show and with no fighting capabilities.
Can you help me with that or at least point me to the right direction.

I am a C# programmer and I am working on a server that I intend to make it work on the rotmg client 23.1.0.

I want to know if there is a method to debug the packets between the client and server and know the structure of the packets that the client is expecting from the server.

I am able to debug the communication with wireshark and see what has been sent and received between the server and client but I can't know the structure of the packets.
