how I make this minecraftforge hacks?

Answer: For now, I had just updated an existing hack from noobster29's user because I don't want to wait for his update.
(I compared all his compiled class with the new minecraftforge, decompile his source and merge needed files, zip everything and post it on this website, I wasn't claiming anything from this and I forgot to mention at the beginning that it was his original hack but now the problem is solved.)
In the future (maybe 2-3 week or 1 month), I'll make my own hack with nicer GUI and maybe an auto-update feature but for now I'm working on a new mod based on Universal Electricity API also Open Source

One last thing, my hack will be Open Source too

I'm making all this only to learn a lot more about Java and Mod feature.
