Also, in your files, there was link(s) to a different site.

We're also having a rules which tells you to use our uploading system if you can. Else you're to contact the minion/or staff for that section.
I'm sorry, but those are our rules. And we must follow them, even how much I like the theme, I can't allow it when there's advertising and outside link(s) in it.

As your release used an outside link and it contained some links/ads.
I've cleaned that, and if you allow. I'll re-open your thread, with the theme as an attachment.
