Don't buy from him. I sold him my runescape account, couple days later he cancels the payment.

He says my paypal is limited (He is selling a guide for removing limit from paypal and he says his paypal is limited)
then he says to dispute the payment, when i do it..he says to close the dispute i will refund u the money.
when i closed it he didnt refund the money and deleted me off skype
And when i tried to download the game from the account, it says only Russian language

Negative rep for this guy. Can't trade with him for several reasons:
1.Has "fake" bug in skype where he cant screenshare ,cause skype crashes
2.He doesn't want to go first
3.He always wants to do the things as fast as possible
4.Has several MPGH accounts.
5.No positive feedback.
6.Only 28 skype contacts
