    Hey. Sorry you got scammed, it happens. Also check their user post history before buying off people.

    Also if you wish to issue a refund. Report it on paypal that "I did not issue this purchase, my account may have been compromised" Usually paypal settles with the buyer. Don't mention anything about any goods or gifts. Just tell them you did not "authorize this payment"

    Yeah, say something along the lines of "My Account was hacked and I did not authorize this payment"
