Biography:

BG Extreme-Easy glitch.
Create a BG Extreme room.
Under the picture with BG click the left arrow and push F5 RIGHT AFTER CLICKING THE LEFT ARROW then cancel the countdown.
This must be done twice you will know if it worked each time if you hear the ding when you click the arrow, but it doesn't switch and the countdown begins instead.
[Optional step]Click room settings then click 'Okay'[I do it since that's how the old glitch worked]
If done correctly when you load in you will have 3 respawns and be playing on the easy AI.
