Click Settings in the right-hand box. On the left-hand side there should be a list of things you can do or change, that's called the User CP. On the User CP, there should be a option called "Edit Signature" on the left-hand side.

As for Avatar Size, My avatar is 200x250, which is given to Staff or Donators. If you want to donate, there is a thread in the General Section called Donation Thread. Go there to learn more about it, I know the minimum for a Avatar Size and a 'Donator' Image Title is 25$.
