Get some driving lessons of a school with 90-100% pass rate. Do 10 lessons, that's 30 hours in the log book and plenty enough experience to start driving your own manual car.

They're all right but nothing beats an RX8 with a 20B in it. RXs are meant to have rotaries in them. As soon as you put a normal engine in them all of a sudden you've aadded a few hundred kilos the car wasn't meant to have, then you have to redo the suspension, the engine mounts, pretty much everything in the engine bay, and even then you are going to get the same kind of performance.
