Did everything on the readme.txt, still it says the server is down.

Dude I simply can't connect to the aO server. It keeps saying that the Call of Duty (R): Black Ops server is down. Im using the MP Rip btw. And the forum account isn't banned..
What's wrong? IDK can u check the logs or something?

I got another problem something about my XUID i used a check says I got banned the second time any clues?

I know there is no support but i get sometimes an error with cannot connect to the server(not a server from the serverlist),or some thing any solution??
