It really depends on your end goal. Bulking is more effective if you're extremely strict and can afford the supps, whereas with toning you can be a bit more relaxed. Try mixing up your diet, ask your mom to get grilled chicken and cut it in strips for a snack at first. Then after awhile give celery with peanut butter a try and eat the chicken for dinner every other night, while eating one serving of brown rice Pre/post workout. I used to HATE eating healthy, and tbh honest I was fat, but after awhile your body adjusts to the healthier food and you start craving it a more. I also learned everything I know from bodybuilding.org. It's a great site and community + the site helps you keep track of regiment and progress if you make a BodySpace profile on the site. They even have an in-site supp store that has everything for cheap when you do get money. Also try to get your mom to get you omega 3 and the multivitamin, those are everyday supps you want even if you're not lifting.
