just start up CA and it should load the hack

No i left so that you could start CA
all the instructions should be on that notepad
Also when you have started CA and logged in Push the Insert Key on your keyboard and that should open up a hack menu use the arros keys to navigate through it

Inject into Engine.exe because that is the process name for Combat arms
Browse for the File that you opened using winrar (find the folder) It should have a .dll file in it
select that file then start CA

instal winrar
then just open the injector and the hack that you downloaded using winrar
then run the injector and do what i said earlier

honestly, i have no clue what to look for to download that injector thing, i looked at top link and only saw videos and a virus scan for the perX injector?

Well you asked the Right guy
First off, you need to get your self an injector from the injector section
Combat Arms Spammers, Injectors and Multi Tools - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking
Portal or PerX Would be my recomendation
Then you need to get a hack

Then
Open up the injector you chose
and set the process name to Engine.exe
go add library and select the .dll for the hack you downloaded
Make sure the injector options are set to inject on start up and close on injection
Start Combat arms and away you go
