    I cant remember, I think that was with this dvars:

    setDvar("g_ScoresColor_Allies", "0 1 0.6 1");
    setDvar("g_ScoresColor_Axis", "1 0.1 0 1");
    setDvar("g_TeamColor_Allies", "0 1 0.6 1");
    setDvar("g_TeamColor_Axis", "1 0.1 0 1");

    If not change colour team name in _teams.gsc, you should ask all this things in modding help discussion
