do u use windows xp? cause if you do:

Go to run
Type: Services.msc
Scroll all the way down till you see windows fire wall
right click it and press "stop"
========IF THAT DOSNT WORK=======
1.reinstall ca
2. check for hax in ur folder
3. go to ur fire wall using control panel and put combat arms in the "exptions list"

and when u wanna say sum ting to some one post it in there profile
