10 is between the nose area. 0 is around chest right above abdomen.

Why are you tabbing? There should be no reason for you to tab if it's -window. You may have to set it up through the options ingame to windowed mode.

You press insert to open up the menu.

10 is head. 0 is chest. Shouldn't go past 10 for anything.
