usually this is from not having the location trusted in flash. as flash is opening right click, go to GLOBAL settings, advanced, Trusted Location Settings, Add..., I usually add my desktop folder so...

you just need to increase the retry timer so its not littlerally trying to spellbomb 24/7. that goes with auto loot too.

This effect is only useful when multi-boxing or just in a big group thats more aggressive.
