Clearing cache should fix it. Not sure which browser Carbon is using as default (I assume it's Internet Explorer), but you should try and clear all of them.

Using bots, you can get pretty much any rep-based classes (like Stormking or Stonecrusher) or maybe faction-based classes (like Exalted Soul Cleaver with the Legion Faction).
