1) Go To Your AVA Folder & Go To Binaries.
2) Go To The Folder Named "XIGNCODE.USA".
3) Delete Everything Inside It Except "x3.xem" & "xnina.xem"
4) Go Back To The AVA Folder.
5) Go To The Folder...

i had the same problem, all u have to do is zoom out. to zoom out click ctrl on your keybeard then then roll ur scroll bottun up. This will make evrything smaller but you will have the login button....

i remplaced them and when i launch ava, a popup say that the file is missing and i have to reinstall the game ;o
