If the CPU is integrated I doubt you will be able to run it smoothly. Buy a dedicated CPU, your GPU is fine though. The main problem is your CPU, it's too weak resulting in a bottleneck.

1. Which hacks are you referring to?
2. Have you checked the hacks have any requirements or is restricted?
3. Have you checked for any errors in your connection? Do you use a proxy or something?

Have you tried to recover it? Through e-mail, password reset etc.?

Quit the damn game, it's what I did. The community in CA is so fucked up, not even worth playing this piece of shit anymore.
