try putting d3dx9_33 folder or whatever into C:\Nexon\Combat Arms, and right click on simplecham.exe the properties and go run in compality XP.

I have everything else working, chams, no fog, crosshair etc. but when i go to put then speedhack speed up it just freezes and says "Combat Arms is not responding" what can i do? my OS is vista btw....

Because off XpliCitt's Hsheild changer i can't open Combat arms. i can't find my Hsheildupdate.exe file, and i get an error "failed to update protection modules". XpliCitt hasn't bothered to help me...
