In multi-threaded applications the sleep function will just suspend to thread to the given interval, so if there was a sleep function in Lua, it wouldn't do anything but freeze up.

I found that snapping yaw 90 degrees gives the user the most legit behavior you can use in an autostrafer because when I bhop I turn my mouse exactly 90 degrees when I strafe for maximum performance...
