I was using it for 4 months and got it yesterday AND NO, I didn't used anything else before.

1. Enter CS:GO
2. Minimize CS:GO, enter neeon-project.exe
3. Go back to CS:GO
4. Press F1 in-game
5. you'll see the enemies (only enemies glowing...

You can make any cheat UD, try adding that junk code to it and test on another acc, also change a code a little bit, remove some stuff that u don't need etc..

You mean skin changer (hack) ? if yes, then it's not safe, it can be detected by VAC.

If you're not injecting anything, then you're safe.

Hmm, I can suggest you to change a code little bit, I saw alot of them using 'junk code' to change the signature and avoid VAC.. so try adding junk code, google it.
