scanned with avast last night didnt remove it cuz i got rehacked this morning and today i scanned with superantispyware and spybot they removed around 43 spywares u think its fine?

i think i got a keylogger all my runescape stuf is gone and no one else know my pw how do i remove a keylogger plz help!:(
